Personal Training

You can get the same outstanding results working out in the privacy and comfort of your home as you can by training in any fitness center. Our in home fitness techniques include the use of free weights, jump rope, resistive tubing, Swiss ball, exercise step, and mat, but we can also design a program with no equipment at all. We could remove every piece of equipment out of the gym and still give you the greatest workout

 

 

Sports Conditioning

Many of our trainers were dividsion 1 athletes, we created the sports Conditioning sessions to help those who are still competing, and those who are looking to compete on the high school and college level. check out our Instagram @travelphysique and facebook to see the many athletes we have helped reach their goals. 

Summer Bootcamps
